This script is freeware, and may be used by anyone.
However, I would appreciate it if you leave the original contact info intact if you publish edited versions.

The bat file works by running through each file in a folder, checking if it's an .avi file, and then tries to re-encode it using ffmpeg (also in the ZIP file). Some settings are hard-coded into the .bat file, so if you wish to change them, just open it using any regular text editor.
